Cancellation Policy To help us manage our limited appointment availability, a 50% cancellation fee will now apply to no shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. This fee must be paid before booking your next visit. As a micro business, last minute cancellations significantly affect our schedule and our ability to serve all clients.
Late Pick Up Policy There will be a $20 charge for every 30 minutes your dog remains past the agreed upon pick up time, unless previously discussed. This helps us maintain a safe and calm environment for all dogs in our care. Not all of our grooming clients are comfortable around other dogs, and some appointments are carefully scheduled to accommodate those needs. Anxious dogs can become stressed and disruptive when left longer than expected, so timely pick up is important for everyone’s well being.
Safety Reminder Please remember to close the gate when entering and exiting the property. This simple step helps ensure the safety of all dogs in our care.
